LA’s Tokimonsta appears on Fulgeance’s La Musique’s latest mix series, La Mixette, with a crazy off kilter mix of past and present that harks back to the old school, whilst keeping an ear bent to the current music sensibilities of your average beat head.

Having performed with the likes of Flying Lotus, Gaslamp Killer, Nosaj Thing and Daedelus, Tokimonsta has the attention of many of her fellow beat makers, with her energetic live show taking in a laptop, drum pad, MIDI controller, and an analog Roland SP 404, and spewing out all manner of textural soundscapes.
